Team Manager Rick Lee (Canada) said "we have recruited very well for 2020; it's a relatively young team, blended with experienced riders like Arvin Moazami Godarzi and Tom Thill. Both have won UCI stage races, so we are confident we can be at the pointy end of races.
"On the staff side, we appointed Marc Godart (Luxembourg), who has worked with European continental teams over the past decade, to DS at some races. Marc will bring local knowledge to the European circuits, and will be an enormous asset to the team. Another addition to our staff this year is Mr Art Adams (Canada); Art has been very involved in the development of many young athletes in Ontario, and he brings a wealth of passion to the team. Amanda O'Connor will head up the Australian end of the operation, and she is one of a few, if not the only female DS of a Continental Men's team, and has been instrumental to the building of X-Speed United."
