Cycling BC has produced a colouring book out of photographs (including some of ours) that can be downloaded and provide hours of relaxing entertainment. As they say, "While some may remember colouring as an activity done during their childhood, it's an activity that anybody at any age can do. In fact, many claims have been made about the de-stressing benefits of colouring for adults. So while we are all adhering to government and public health authority orders to physically distance and stay home as much as possible to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus, here's a little something to help us unplug and focus on something positive (cycling!) for a change."
