The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) is pleased to offer a series of open-invitation webinars as a substitute for education presentations that are not being delivered in person due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Four Clean Sport Basics webinars will mirror the content of the education sessions that are normally delivered to national sport organizations, their athletes and support personnel. Two sessions will be offered in English and two will be in French. Topics include:
• An introduction to the CCES and the Canadian Anti-Doping Program,
• Sample collection, including the COVID-19 supplemental procedures,
• Medication resources,
• Medical exemptions,
• Supplements,
• Cannabis,
• Violations and sanctions, and
• True Sport and how to live your values.
The webinar will engage attendees in polling questions to gather feedback and consolidate understanding, and attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions.
