The Paris to Ancaster Bicycle Race returns this Sunday for its 30th edition and welcomes Creemore Springs Brewery as the first-ever title sponsor. The "Creemore Springs Paris to Ancaster Bicycle Race" will celebrate the start of the 2024 Cycling Season on April 28th, 2024.
Three distances will be contested - the 100 kilometre P2A Cento introduced in 2022, the 70 kilometre Classic, and the 45 kilometre Brève. All include the famous mud pits and the notable climb to the finish sure to make crossing that finish line that more rewarding.
The Cento and Classic begin at the Paris Fairgrounds and cycle to Ancaster over the roughest farm lanes, trails and gravel roads organizers can find, as the event has since 1994. The Brève begins in Harrisburg.
Race Directors John Thorpe and Tim Farrar are excited about the race's 30th anniversary and having Creemore Springs Brewery: "We're so excited to be celebrating the race's 30th anniversary, and we can't believe how much it's grown since its inception. Having Creemore Springs Brewery as the title sponsor this year, with their expertise in hospitality, and history of producing their own unique cycling event (Turas Mor) will make this year's 30th anniversary even more special."

Among the notable attendees are former winners Maghalie Rochette, Curtis White (defending P2A men's champion), Canadian Gravel Champions Devon Clarke (defending P2A female champion) and Evan Russell, and UCI Continental team Hustle Pro Cycling with seven riders including six riders from the National Cyclocross team, World Cup mountain bike professional and 2-time winner Gunnar Holmgren, 2022 P2A winner Mike van den Ham, and Ashlin Barry. Additionally, 11 of the 12 age group National Gravel Champions from 2023 are returning, with participants ranging in age from 17 to 65+.
