Hughes Takes the Lead
For the second stage in a row, a Canadian has won at the Redlands Classic in California. Chris Redden from Team Schwinn Canada just updated us that Clara Hughes (Saturn) has won the second stage individual time trial (16 km on a 3.2 km car racing track!) and taken over the General Classification lead. Hughes‚ time was 21:08. She was followed by Karen Kurreck. Kurreck is second in G.C., and Mari Holden third. Other Canadian results include:
