Everything is rolling for the 10th Annual Biker Banquet, being held November 3 at Camp Fortune's main lodge. Bar opens at 5:30 for Cocktails and dinner at 7:30. As always a great evening for cyclists of all stripes and colours.

Guest speaker selection has been narrowed down to a long list of finalist including: Marco Pantani's barber, Fausto Coppi's old neighbors friend, Eddy the Eagle and world champion Roland Green's grade 3 teacher. Our final decision will be announced this week.

Last year's event attracted over 210 people to Camp Fortune, Tickets are $35 and will go on sale this week and will be distributed to local bike shops. Out of towners should get hold of someone in town to get you some tickets or get in touch with me.

BridgeTheGap awards go to those special individuals who have contributed to the success of our sports. Winners are treated to the evening compliments of the cycling community. This is our chance to show our appreciation for the hard work and efforts put forward by these folks. This list of BridgeTheGap Awards will be released next week.

Tickets will be available early this week.
