Athlete Simon Small of Ontario tested positive for excess levels of ephedrine in the urine sample delivered after the Tour de Whiterock on July 21, 2002. Simon Small is sanctioned by a three month suspension, ending October 21, 2002, according to CCES rules. Small races for the Atlas Cold Storage-Ital Pasta team.
