Just a quick note from the Elita Women's Cycling Team who will be competing at the women's world cup event in Montreal this weekend. The team for this weekend will be made up of Kim Langton, 23 of Ancaster ON, Annie Gariepy, 23 of Bromont QC, Sophie St Jacques 22 of Boucherville QC, Cybil DiGustini 20 of Victoria BC, Melanie Dorion 22 of Deux Montagnes QC and Melanie Nadeau of Sherbrooke QC.
The girls have just returned from Philadelphia where they raced this past weekend and counted for 2 of the top 3 Canadians in the race. Furthermore this is Elita's 3rd world cup event this season as they were fortunate enough to compete at the event in Sydney this March. After the World Cup in Montreal the girls will be heading out to Idaho for the Hewlett Packard Women's Challenge and then to Fitchburg for the Fitchburg Longsjo Classic.
Team Elita would like to extend an invitation to all Canadian Cyclist readers who will be attending the Montreal World Cup to join us for an autograph and photo session before and after the race. Come and pick up your free ELITA waterbottles !!
