Horner and O'Neill Sign

Two more of the ex-Saturn men have found teams for 2004. Chris Horner has joined an expanded Webcor squad, and Nathan O'Neill, still recovering from a horrific crash at the Tour de 'Toona, has taken a position with the Colavita-Bolla Wines squad. This position opened up after Tim Johnson, who had signed with Colavita-Bolla, moved up to the Spanish Saunier Duval team.
