Burnaby Velodrome #3: Madison Madness

Online registration for the Burnaby Velodrome Race Series #3 Event (Friday April 30th to Sunday May 2nd) closes TONIGHT at 11:00 PM.

While the race includes several Madison events, there will be a good schedule of sprint and mass-start races that do not include hand-slinging. Chariot races, Flying 200's, 500m TT, Points Race, Kerin, and Scratch Race, will all be included.

Race categories include A, B, and C, plus a Junior Omnium for riders aged 12 to 18 (events and schedule to be finalized once registration is confirmed for Junior riders). An "over the hill" 55+ age category event during the lunch hours will also take place.

Riders from Victoria, Seattle, and Vancouver have all confirmed to date. For those of you not off to Salmon Arm for the BC Cup this weekend, we encourage you to get ready for the upcoming BC Provincial Track Championships in June at Burnaby and the Canadian National Track Championships to be held in August in Victoria.
