BMX Camp in Bromont

After the success of the recent BMX camp in Airdrie, Alberta, the CCA has made a small change to the dates of the upcoming camp in Bromont, Quebec.
Originally planned for after the national championships in Iberville, Quebec, the camp will instead be run in the two days prior to the championships: August 26 and 27. The camp will consist of some gate practice and video analysis, seminars on nutrition and sports psychology, and some sports testing. The exact details will be finalized in the next few weeks. Bromont is just a half hour from Iberville.
The camp is available free of charge to all interested athletes. There is room for a maximum of 15 participants; priority will be given to expert and elite racers.

Camp BMX à Bromont
Suite au succès du récent camp BMX à Airdrie, Alberta, lACC a décidé de changer les dates du camp planifié à Bromont, Québec.
Au lieu de se tenir après le championnat canadien à Iberville, Québec, le camp aura lieu dans les deux jours précédents le championnat soit les 26 et 27 août prochain. Le camp consistera en un entraînement de départ avec une analyse de vidéo, des sémianires ayant pour sujets la nutrition et la psychologie sportive, ainsi que des tests physiologiques. Le contenu du camp sera finalisé en détails au cours des prochaines semaines. Pour votre information, Bromont se situe à une demie-heure dIberville.
Le camp est gratuit pour tous les athlètes interessés. Il y a place pour 15 participants et la priorité sera offerte aux athlètes experts et élites.

Second Ontario Team to Abitibi

The Midweek Cycling Club (Mississauga, Ontario) is dedicated to the development of bicycle racing. To this end, we have joined forces with The Ontario Cycling Association and the National Cycling Centre Hamilton to send a Ontario regional team to le Tour d'Abitibi. This is the premier race for juniors on the North American calendar and will provide the team with important development opportunities. Riders were selected based on race performance and development potential, and both the 1st and 3rd place finishers at the Chin Picnic - Ontario Championship Criterium are included..
The team, which will be riding in Midweek colours, will be comprised of:
