ExtremeRoad.com presents the 2004 Provincial Time Trial Championships at Millbank, Ontario on August 22, 2004. Distances range from 15 km for Junior Women and Under-17 Men up to 39 km for the Elite Men. The course consists of rolling terrain with long gradual climbs and long gradual descents. The 39 km races also feature a 2.5 km climb to the turnaround point. All of the roads are very popular with local cyclists.

New for 2004
Almost the entire course now features recent pavement and extended shoulders along its entire length. Construction on 5 km of new pavement is just being completed this week on the stretch of road between Millbank and Crosshill and should make for even faster times than last year.

Also new for this year are championship jerseys. The OCA and its sponsors will be providing a set of Provincial Championship jerseys for each of the gold medalists in every category.

Registration will take place between 8h00 and 9h30 at Millbank Conservation Area. The first race will begin at 10h01 and start times for all categories will be posted shortly after registration closes. Riders will be sent off in the order of categories listed in the technical guide. There is no pre-registration. Registration is restricted to Ontario residents only. Please consult the technical guide for information on equipment regulations. Both helmets and bicycles will be inspected for compliance with the latest CCA rules.
