The Oktoberfest Cross - Southern Ontario Cyclo-Cross #2
This Sunday's Oktoberfest Cross is shaping up to be one of the best attended cross races in years. The fast 3 km course loops through sugar maple forest and around wetland marshes and lakes. Located at Mountsberg Wildlife Centre in Campbellville, this race offers tons of fall fun for the whole family with a 5-Acre Maze Children's play barn Straw bale play area Wildlife Walkway w/ Elk & Bison Herds and several species of Ontario Birds of Prey Farm Animals, Horse Drawn Wagon Rides Pumpkin Bowling BBQ and much more.
Master B/C/D (40+ Men) 50 min, 11:00 am - $25.00
Women, 50 min, 11:01 am - $25.00
Senior, Master A (30-39), 60 min, 1:00 pm - $25.00
Junior, Under-17 Men, 60 min, 1:01 pm - $15.00
+ *$4.50/adult, $3.25/child park admission (*payable at gate)
*ALL Competitors MUST have a valid UCI license or OCA citizens permit (available at registration) Permit is not available to US riders. Registration opens at 8:30 am and closes 30 min before each start.
Directions:
From Highway 401 go south on Guelph Line. Turn west on Campbellville Road for 4 km and then go north on Milburough Line for 1 km to park entrance.
From Highway 6 or Guelph Line, follow Campbellville Road to Milburough Line and then go north for 1 km to park
