National Cycling Development Centres 2005 Penticton Training Camp
Camp Dates: March 25 to April 3, 2005 (8 riding days)
Registration Deadline: March 11th 2005 ($50 Late Fee will be applied after March 11th)
Depart: Olympic Oval Friday March 25th 10 AM.
Return: Olympic Oval Sunday April 3rd 6:00 PM.
Hotel: Sandman Inn in Penticton 939 Burnaby Ave West (250) 493 7151.
The Camp will include:
5 NCCP Certified Coaches
Transportation of Junior/Oval Program Athletes (Charter Bus)
Accommodations based on 4 per room for juniors and 2 per room adults (1/Kitchen).
Breakfast and Dinner Meal service is included in Junior.
Ride planning, ride support, video analysis, Time Trial, Team tactics, Daily skill sessions.
All riders must have a helmet, gloves, glasses, appropriate ride gear, a safe and operational road bike
All riders are responsible for Lunch, Ride Snacks (power bars, Gatorade etc), water bottles, tires, tubes, pump, tools, clothing (bring gear for all ride conditions).
Fees: first 30 spaces are reserved for NCDC members and identified ABA members.
National Cycling Development Center members $800.00
Non program juniors $800.00
Adults $750.00 (with meals $950)
Saturday Night Banquet/Awards Dinner is not included in Camp Fee (20-25)
Schedule:
8 days of riding March 26th to April 2nd
Camp organized Individual Time Trial, Road Race & Team Time Trial
Road sprints & Hill Climb Points throughout the week
4 different riding categories, Group A, B, C & D based on Ability & Experience.
