In the past couple of days many individuals & businesses have stepped up to help our Fundraising efforts at the Velodrome in London Ontario.

Jason Filer owner of Winterborne Custom Bicycles a new custom frame builder in Guelph Ontario, is putting together a program where interested recreational or racing cyclists will be able to purchase tickets on a custom made bicycle with the equipment of your choice. The value of the complete custom track bike will be over $2,500. Tickets will be available once we get riding on the Velodrome in late March. The draw will be at the first race of the Winter season in September. Tickets will cost $10.00 each or 3 for $20.00. Only 2500 tickets will be sold. Tickets will be available at the Velodrome or by filling out the entry form on the FCVA website.

This is another example of local businesses supporting the Velodrome project. You can find out more information about the company: www.WinterborneBikes.com

Former OCA member and track cyclist Greg Stephanson has donated a very expensive Cinelli carbon track rear wheel to be auctioned off to the highest bidder. We will take bids by email only to info@ForestCityVelodrome.ca

This Auction will run until the first Nas-track Madison Saturday night race in April. The bids will start at $200.00. Every week I will post on our website the amount of the highest bid, no name will be posted. Once the bidding ends we will contact the winner of the wheel. I have disqualified myself (the wheel is very nice) so it is open to anyone how would like to support the indoor Velodrome in London, Ontario.
