Cyclysm Sundays on OLN

OLN had 1.5 hours of Paris-Nice coverage last Sunday night and it appears there will be cycling EVERY Sunday night from 7:30 to 9pm (all times local in Canada) The US has a different time schedule.

Cycling Workshop

Pivot Sport Medicine and Orthopaedics is having its annual cycling workshop on Sunday March 20th. The seminar covers topics such as bike fit, common cycling injuries and how to prevent them, core stability, stretching, and nutrition. It is intended for beginner to intermediate cyclists who are interested in competing in this upcoming season.

The date and time are Sunday March 20 from 9am-12:30pm. The cost is $45
