Warp Speed Results Revised after Timing Issue

Shortly after the posting of the results for the Warp Speed Time Trial last week competitors who had timed themselves began to realize that something was amiss. While most riders had the correct time, several noticed that their times were out by exactly one or two minutes. Patient, polite but confused riders began to discuss the issue on Cycling Canada's online Forum. Team Soliton received friendly but inquisitive e-mails from two Director Sportif's. Mystified Team Soliton organizers asked that the Cycling BC Commissaires who had been employed to time the race to review their results. Subsequent to this request the Commissaires conducted a review and advised, with apologies, that there had been an error, which they were able to rectify. The new results, which have unfortunately caused a shift in the standings, are below and have been posted to the Team Soliton website.

Team Soliton will allow those competitors who were mistakenly awarded prizes to retain them while awarding new prizes based on the revised standings.
