September 27: Paul Bowes - Head Coach, Mens National Wheelchair Basketball
7:00 p.m. London - Western Fair Sports Centre
Bowes will discuss his use of the playground to podium, his focus on working effectively with athletes, maximizing your own coaching expertise, measuring performance and much more!
Successful Coaching Strategies
October 26: Carol-Angela Orchard - Internationally acclaimed Gymnastics Coach
7:00 p.m. Toronto - Sports Centre at Seneca College
Orchard will touch on many key topics that are integral components of a top notch program; development of the total person, mental strength development, getting the best performance out of your athletes, team cohesiveness, along with other key topics.
The CAO is pleased to be partnering with the London Sports Council, Seneca College, Paralympics Ontario, Gymnastics Ontario and the National Coaching Institute to stage these events.
