Norco Recognized as One of the 'Best Companies to Work for in BC'

Norco Products Ltd, Canada's leading bicycle manufacturer and distributor, was honoured with a 20th place ranking by BC Business Magazine & Watson Wyatt Worldwide, as one of the '25 Best Companies to Work for in BC'.

"We're pleased to be recognized as one of the top companies in this province," commented Jim Harman, Norco's President, "Our company has developed a unique culture because of our employees shared passion for the sport of cycling. Much of our company's growth over the years can be attributed to the fact that our employees love being here, and that they are personally invested in Norco's success."

The rankings are based primarily on a confidential survey feedback from each companies employees. Over 800 companies from the private, public, Crown, university, municipality, branch plant, and hospital sectors were eligible for inclusion. Roughly 80 companies made it to the final qualifications.
