Mike Woods is one of four men on our ballot for the 2017 Canadian Cyclist of the Year Award. Mike, out of Gatineau, Quebec and racing for Cannondale-Drapac on the WorldTour, had a breakout year at the highest level on men's professional cycling. He rode in two Grand Tours, finishing fifth on two stages of the Giro d'Italia and ended the season with a magnificent seventh overall in the Vuelta, including a third place on Stage 9. In the Spring Classics, Mike was 9th at Liege-Bastogne-Liege and 11th at Fleche Wallonne. Read our in-depth interview - Mike Woods Interview - A Breakthrough Year
